It was a really interesting session and we were delighted to welcome attendees from across the globe to take part in a discussion on this popular healthcare topic.
It seems like everybody is implementing Lean these days. Is simulation just one more tool to be dusted off for only the really big, complex, messy projects? Or is there a better way to integrate with Lean that makes the most of both of these tool-sets?
In the session, we’ll provide insights into conversations with Lean and Simulation experts following our presentation at University of Loughborough’s Lean and Simulation Workshop on June 6 in Leicestershire, UK. We’ll also provide useful tips and tricks for integration that we pick up whilst we’re there.
