Modeling cancer treatment pathways

Timely access to treatment is key to better outcomes for breast cancer. Oral chemotherapy can be a better option for some patients as well as freeing up additional capacity in busy hospital clinics.

This simulation model has been built to demonstrate the breast cancer patient pathway and the likelihood of reducing waiting times for hospital chemotherapy services if oral chemotherapy is introduced for some patients. It also demonstrates the financial impact of introducing oral chemotherapy.

If you have any trouble accessing the model below, please get in touch and we’ll ensure you can access this.
